Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required upon booking, to reserve appointment time.
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period for tardiness to appointment. Contact us with updates if necessary.
If we are running behind, notifications will be sent to you.
Any cancellations within 24 hours of our scheduled start time, will be responsible for covering 50% of scheduled charge.
Appointments that result in ‘No-Call, No-Show’ will be charged full price to the card on file.
